  1. Fine grained Sales data from multiple providers via an Unified API

  2. A white labeled consent management and authorisation CONNECT module to help their SMB customers connected any of their external accounts (eg: Point of Sales merchant accounts, Bank accounts and any other supported accounts that their customers use)

  3. A Portal for Institutions to self manage their setup with Groov, aids in API key management and provides a rich dashboard of all connected customers accounts

  4. Insights As a Service for Institutions

  5. A low-code/config plug and play EXPERIENCE module for Institutions to connect to their existing application and leverage the power of fine grained sales information directly from their application without having to build using our unified API.

  6. Payments as a Service to manage payments lifecycle from the institution application directly

  7. Banking & Financial product data enabling AISP/PISP services from your platform

  8. Value Added Services for Platforms to offer to their customers (white-labeled)

    1. Payroll Management tool (via PISP offering)

    2. Accountancy integration

    3. Loyalty/Rewards

To summarise, the product provides FI’s, ISV’s and other business services platforms the toolkit for building a smart account ledger view via the unified API to build account integrations with various payment service providers, eCommerce providers and various other Financial Service providers that their SME business customers use. Such a capability enables data aggregation across various account types with an aim to create a single ledger view of their platform customer(s)

How does it work?

a. Consent & Authorise: The service handles the authorisation technicalities/setup and manages the OAuth connections and consent management flows. It requires authorisation from the customer sharing their data to establish a connection to the their external account data source, before data can be pulled. Institutions have the following options for the user experience their customers will follow to authorise the sharing of their account data:

i. Use white labelled CONNECT product - low code and mostly config; OR

ii. Implement their own front end user journey powered by unified API - requires technical development

b. Connect & Synch: The service once authorised will establish ongoing connectivity with the external account data source, pull the data & synchronise on on ongoing basis.

c. Standardise & Aggregate: The service will ingest, map, validate, process & standardise the external account data to present it via the unified API

d. Ledger API Experience Management: Institutions have the following options for the unified data consumption on their respective platforms/applications:

i. Tap on Groov’s unified API and integrate to their existing front end user journey - requires API development

ii. Use white labelled EXPERIENCE product to embed our prebuilt front end presentation layer to their existing application via web/app mode - low code plug & play setup
